The domain or IP is already listed in another account!

This error occurs when a URL or IP address is already locked to another ShrinkTheWeb user account.

In most cases, this is a result of having multiple ShrinkTheWeb accounts.  If you have another account in the system, active or disabled, please open a support ticket for assistance with consolidating the accounts or migrating your site to your new account.

If you own a URL or a Dedicated IP address and do not have a duplicate account, please open a support ticket.  Be prepared to provide proof of URL ownership.

Using a Shared IP Address can also cause this error.
