Since we are using ConstantContact as our email service provider "Role-based" email prefixes are no longer accepted by our system. Here are a few examples of unsupported "Role-based" email prefixes: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]
1) Open a support ticket and we will send you an email from our ConstantContact account. 2) Watch for the confirmation email and click the "Update your Profile" link. 3) Reply to the email generated by opening your support ticket indication completion of the process. | |
