What Does 'Account Problem' Mean?

 Invalid/Account Problem Image

If you send a request that has incorrect or incomplete security credentials,, you will see this error image. If you are looking at the information returned to you via XML, you will see this in the text returned.

In this case, double-check your access key ID and secret access key are correct.

You will also see this image if your account is inactive or paused.

To check for bad requests please enable "Full Logging"

If you are caching locally and have cached a no_response.jpg error image, then your server could not connect to our server. This could occur for many reasons, such as our service having issues (very rare) or something blocking your access from your server. While the no_response.jpg image exists, no further attempts will be made. That error image is cached for up to six(6) hours. If you believe the condition to be resolved and want to try again sooner, just delete the error image.

Troubleshooting Note: If you are using a 3rd-party plugin, have nothing in the logs, and are getting "no response" (or empty response); ensure that you are not using an IP address already associated with another account. In other words, a "duplicate" account will cause this type of issue, which is one reason why we do not allow them.
