Locked / Disabled Account

The most common reasons a member would encounter the Account Locked image are:
1. Member has not configured the account's "Allowed Referrers."*
2. Member's website or script is using a "Shared IP Address"
3. Member account has been deactivated and you receive the following message when trying to log in:
"The username ******* has been disabled. Reason: **********"
Note: Many people refer to #3 as being banned, but in most cases; it is only temporarily disabled.
*If using the "Advanced Method" API or a 3rd-party script, the system will add your referrer automatically.
Please know that if you unsubscribe from announcements and notifications, which makes support difficult, the system may automatically disable your account. If you agree to the terms of service and would like an account reactivated, you may open a support ticket.
If you have tried all of the above and you are still having this problem turn on "Full Logging."
If you are still having trouble, please note that some web hosts block outgoing ports. In these cases, it is necessary to ask them to add the following to their whitelist:
